The weather is finally starting to cool down and jackets are becoming bearable again. It’s kind of crazy since we are in mid October. I am very ready for layering and sweater weather. For some reason, my office usually blasts the AC until the first snowfall which is a big minus for the girl who is always cold (me). I usually try to bring some type of jacket, cardigan or blanket scarf with me wherever I go.
I picked up this Blank NYC Morning Suede Moto Jacket during the Nordstrom Anniversary sale and it didn’t disappoint. I’d been lusting after it for a while, seeing it all over Pinterest and my favorite blogs. I posted this jacket on Instagram last week and received a few questions so I thought I’d share my full Blank NYC Moto Jacket review. The jacket runs small but the quality is AMAZING and worth the price. I am wearing the burgundy, but this jacket comes in three other colors at Nordstrom – charcoal, coffee bean and olive juice. The rich suede material buttery soft and has good weight to it.
Since the sizing runs small, I would recommend ordering a size up, especially for layering purposes. A lot of reviews noted the jacket being a cropped length, which it is on the shorter side, however I didn’t see that as an issue for me ( I am 5’8″ and usually in heels). One of the major reasons why I love this jacket is all of the fun details. There are lots of pockets, snaps and a removable belt which all contribute to the edgy vibe.
If you are looking for fall and winter jackets, I rounded up some of my favorite picks below. I also linked all of my outfit details at the end of this post.
Thanks for stopping by and hope you are having a great week!
