This post has been way over due, but finally sharing my little man’s first birthday party, Ashton’s First Trip Around the Sun. With Covid, we kept the party small with just our close friends and family at home.
We decided on a modern First Trip Around the Sun theme and stayed within my favorite neutral color palette, using mostly black, white, and gray. My favorite decor was the cardboard spaceship that Dan built the night before. The kids loved playing with it so much! I also really enjoyed making the balloon garlands. They completely made the party in my opinion and were much easier to make than I thought!
