With Christmas around the corner, I wanted to share some gift ideas that I picked up for my boys. Their newest obsession is the adorable children’s tv series called Octonauts. The show is available on Netflix and Ashton likes to watch an episode everyday after school!
If your unfamiliar with the show, Octonauts follows eight animals who are part of an underwater exploring crew and live in an undersea base called the Octopod. On each episode, the Octonauts crew goes on exciting undersea adventures with their fleet of aquatic vehicles. I love that the show is based on real marine animals in their natural habitats so there is a great learning aspect for your children!
This holiday, we are getting Ashton some wonderful Octonauts toys that are all available at Walmart. I’ll highlight some of our favorites below and link to them here!
First up, is the Octoray Transforming Playset. Ashton loves the fast moving wheels that transform into a fun Octonauts Mobile Headquarters! This one is perfect to take on the go as well. It lights up and plays over 25 sounds and Octonauts phrases! It also includes 3 of the main characters.
Next, is the Octopod Playset. This headquarters is a great little home of all the characters and includes a Net Launcher, Claw, and Spyglass! Ashton is obsessed with Deep-Sea Captain Barnacles and takes him around everywhere!
Another great option are the vehicle and figure packs. Each of these are only $16.99 and come with a cute aquatic vehicle and main character. These are great add-ons to a playset or would make cute stocking stuffers for your little one! My boys love to race these vehicles up and down our hallway.
Walmart also offers Octonauts Adventure Packs and Crew Plush Figures. These both make great stocking stuffer options for your little one. The Octonauts Above & Beyond Adventure Packs include a main character, aquatic environment, and popular mission card so your kiddos can build out their underwater quest. The Octonauts Crew Plush Figures are a great size and make the perfect collectible. Ashton has a collection of these guys on his bed and sleeps with them at night.
